At Lands' End we have a strong belief in working with and supporting our community; our people are generous with their time and we have a genuine commitment to giving something back.
Charity Begins at Lands' End
We have set up a Community Participation Group – managed by a team of employees – to help local individuals and/or groups in their endeavours to support the community, from youth football teams to sponsoring school trips.
The Lands' End Giving and Sharing scheme donates a proportion of the takings from our staff shop to charity each month. So every time an employee purchases something – they are giving to charity! The charities are nominated by employees every month.
In addition, we have a unique programme that not only encourages employees to volunteer, but rewards them for doing so by donating a sum of money to the charity of their choice.
