Feel Valued
We know the numbers on your payslip matter. But we also know there's more to feeling valued than that. We have a range of benefits and activities and those little touches to help you and your family enjoy Lands' End Life.
We offer all the benefits you might expect… and a little more besides:
- Health insurance plans
- Life insurance
- Bonus scheme
- Company pension
- Substantial staff discounts and access to staff shop
- Subsidised on-site restaurant
- Free access to a local leisure centre, complete with pool and gym
- Celebrations for 10, 15 and 20 years' service
- The great Lands' End Family Festival – a wonderful annual fun day for employees and their families with fairground rides, food, and free entertainment with live music/tribute bands
Wellbeing
The overall wellbeing of our employees is very important to us and doesn't end when the working week is over. We organise regular events and celebrations throughout the year, providing great opportunities to meet up with colleagues informally:
- Regular visits from a range of therapists – from beauticians and hairdressers to reflexology and reiki.
- Take away service from the restaurant – for when you need a break from cooking.
- Visits from companies like The Book People, who bring a wide range of books for us to buy at discounted prices. Even better – they give us back 10% of their takings for us to donate to our favourite charities.
- Children's monthly cinema club – held on a Saturday so all the family can attend
- Children's Christmas pantomime with a special visit to Santa's Grotto
- Annual 'Bake Off'
- Organised bus trips to various places – shows in London and Christmas markets etc.
- Various fun events – Red Nose day, pancake races, employee Christmas Craft Fair and much, much more
Celebrations & Communications
We are really proud of our employees' long service. We recognise 5, 10, 15, 20 and 25 year anniversaries with gifts and an annual afternoon tea party.
We love to hear from our employees and we make time for this at monthly 'Listening Lunches' and business updates.
